Wildwood - There is a young woman in Wildwood who walks the streets with a large brown emaciated dog. Nothing but bones showing. When questioned, the girl says the dog is eating very well. Why does law enforcement and animal control turn a blind eye? This is very cruel and unfair to this nice dog.
