If you give your kid a BMW or Mercedes at 17, do you really think they will be happy driving a Ford at 21? Parents are setting their kids up to expect too much and are handing them everything way too early in life. If you want to do something positive for them, make them get a job and kick them out of the house. That will teach them more than anything.
