Wildwood - Is there an ordinance of how many dogs permitted in a certain square footage? I appreciate people who rescue dogs, but when an owner has a wrong size dog and/or too many; that is cruelty. Why are dog owners deaf to barking - especially in early morning hours. One dog barks and gets the others going.
