Wildwood - Thank you, Commissioner Byron, for standing up for the taxpayers of our city. We have two options for the back bay development. One, a rush job to give someone with no development skills the property in return for $1 million; this deal by our mayor. Or, as Byron has suggested, let the property go out to bid to see what it is worth. The well known and respected proven developer Scarborough has an interest to submit a bid and develop this same property. He has the experience and reputation. No one had asked him or published it for sale. Taxpayers, what makes sense to you?
