Wildwood - As a teacher, I know of at least three 17-year-olds receiving their own car for Christmas. I don't care how mature and responsible these children are, it is unconscionable to place a dangerous piece of machinery in the hands of a minor, with insurance statistics showing auto fatalities at the top of the list of teen deaths. What are parents thinking?
