Wildwood - As a teacher, I feel it's incomprehensible how most states allow teens as young as 17, and younger elsewhere, to operate dangerous vehicles, resulting in increasing numbers of traffic fatalities, largely due to reckless types of driving. We know how even our most serious kids are likely to do something careless and unthinking, yet we give them keys to the most dangerous object to their safety.
