Wildwood - Summer residents in the 200 West block of 26th St. have two dogs that bark constantly. The dogs are left out in the yard all day and night, and the owners don't seem to notice the barking at all. We, neighbors are fed up with the noise. Take them inside or go home and let them bother your winter neighbors.
