A Spouter claims to be upset over Wildwood's purchase of a Subur

Wildwood - A Spouter claims to be upset over Wildwood's purchase of a Suburban for our Police Dept. It's my understanding that this vehicle is needed and was on order for over a year--not a special purchase for the new chief (who, incidentally, seems to be doing a great job so far). We need effective crowd control here and the tools to accomplish it. A self-described "Mr. Cape May County" added a comment giving a false salary number for the new chief, whose actual pay is still being negotiated at this time and will surely be lower.
