Let me know when the price of gas, bread, milk, rent, car insurance, etc., freezes. The cost of living increases and therefore our employees need to be paid to live and survive. If one is retired and can't afford to live in town, move or get another job. Everyone deserves a raise. It's the only way to keep up and survive.
