Wildwood - Some Wildwood rental properties are really in need of maintenance. I can't believe how much rents are for rooms and apartments in Wildwood. Some are mice and bed bug infested, and the locks are never changed from tenant to tenant or even cleaned. They need to take a lesson from North Wildwood landlords that keep their rentals in tip-top shape.
