So many of us love to give our time as school substitutes.

Wildwood - So many of us love to give our time as school substitutes. Some of us are retired yet need income, some of us have difficulty getting a job for many valid reasons. We are paid a pittance, we have no benefits. If schools close, we have no recourse. We do not get paid. Many subs work every day, yet, subs are barely considered financially or as a real employee. I do hope the US, NJ, and Cape May County are ready to support us. Probably after this, some letter writing and complaints need to occur. If subs boycotted, schools would not be in compliance during a teacher absence.
