Wildwood - Seems like the Cape May spouter thinks that police driving above the speed limit is the same as when he does. They speed to get to places and cover distances that are necessary to do their jobs. Urban patrol is best done well below most speed limits, but when citizens have to wait ten or more minutes for the cops to respond to their non-emergency complaints, they accuse the cops of being lazy. Highway patrol is best done well above the speed limit to cover long distances and investigate possible violators. The Cape May spouter should not be jealous because he can't speed.
