Wildwood - Sandman Towers, U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), why are there so many handicapped people living here; people who can't really take care of themselves who should be in a nursing home where they can get some help? Some of these people just stay in their rooms 24/7. It's all about money because you get more money from them than someone else. Take a good look and see what you're doing to these poor people. My mother died in this place from not getting the right care.
