Riddle Me This!

Wildwood - Riddle Me This! How many WW Public Workers does it take to hang a snowflake on a light pole? One to drive the truck to block off the front crossroad, 1 driving the bucket truck, 1 in the bucket,1 driving the truck next to it, 1 in the back of that truck to hand another on the ground a snowflake to hand to the 1 in the bucket, another driving the truck to block the crossroad behind them. Then they sit there chatting for 20+min. This use to be done with 2 ppl until a few years ago & not block up an entire block for 1/2 hr. Waste of tax payers money. Ridiculous!
