Wildwood - A recent article in a Sunday paper reports how just a fraction of Jersey schools are required to monitor drinking fountains and sink water for lead, a known toxin, because federal law requires such testing only if a school runs its own water system, which in New Jersey means only five percent of schools must actually report. Has anyone noticed the complete silence of our local school officials? Where is the concern for our kids?
