Reading GWTIDA's plan to take a matter before the Superior Court

Wildwood - Reading GWTIDA's plan to take a matter before the Superior Court for clarification of beach user fees, in lieu of GWTIDA giving $250,000 to keep beaches free as per a prior agreement, sparked my interest. I hope GWTIDA wins! Seems for years the City of Wildwood is doing everything to cash in on the pennies as dollars have become hard to come by. The city is tapping into pockets of everyone and still, want their cake for salaries of friends and families.
