Wildwood - Re: Spout saying the police are barred from doing anything regarding underage drinking. Its true that our police have been hamstrung by Trenton BUT there are always ways around that lunacy. If a kid is drinking a cop could take them to the station out of "concern for their health." A concern that they may have alcohol poisoning or be intoxicated enough to stumble in front of a car etc. They don't have to make an arrest nor issue a citation. Forcing the parents to interrupt their own partying to come to the station is the way to go.
