Re-plenishing the beach in North Wildwood reminds me of a cartoo

Wildwood - Re-plenishing the beach in North Wildwood reminds me of a cartoon I saw last summer. Two kids building sandcastles on the beach and a third one comes up with a bucket of water. The third kid looks over the pretty sandcastles. Steps back and pours the bucket of water over the castles. Castles gone. Pretty much says it all for the replenishment project every year. A waste of money.
