Wildwood - The police literally watch while shoplifting occurs, massive fights between groups, property destroyed, assaults and open air drinking of alcohol and NOW they are going to crack down on the greivase offense of having a backpack! Is the mayor and police chief kidding us? This is what your going to go after and does anyone think this will make a difference? Are there groups right now changing their plans saying "we can't go and destroy things in Wildwood because they are cracking down on backpacks" assaults, shoplifting, destruction of property is ok, so long as you are not wearing a backpack!
