Wildwood - The police are not enforcing municipal ordinance concerning dogs. They are on boardwalk and walking freely on beach. Police were called and just drove by along with lifeguard truck. There are no rules in this town. Take some lessons from Ocean City with signs on the boardwalk stating no dogs allowed. Good way to make money start enforcing and giving out fines. Word will spread.
