Wildwood - The Philadelphia Navy Yard should move some of its dormant ships down to the expansive Wildwoods back bay area. Charge for tours but most importantly the drab dark grey colors of said leviathans will match the lifeless brain dead shades of the institutional "new Wildwood" structures arising like strip mining housing everywhere.
