Wildwood - To the older man in the red Cadillac, you were parked on the side of Park Blvd. reading the newspaper next door to my house, staking out my yard and trash can on trash day, Dec. 31. You need to return my family's Christmas decorations that were in the light blue tote (semi clear on the sides with a blue lid.) I saw you sitting there and wondered why you were sitting there. Not one bit concerned about a box sitting next to my fence on my grass/property. I heard you open the lid on it to see the contents. It clearly was not trash. Please return it.
