There are plenty of people who do in fact live year round in those towns and would love to have a city job and contribute to their hometown." That's true, if they want to rent or live next to Section 8 housing in Wildwood. Decent housing costs too much. If these people who already live in town want municipal jobs, why didn't they apply?
