Without selling center city parking lot, awarding a vending contract for the beach, and selling off surplus army trucks, and already having a 17.5 cent tax increase this year, we would be in over our heads in debt. So, this scheme all sounds good for this election year, but what about next year when the same administration, if re-elected, implements a 13.7 cent tax increase to pay for new hires and adjust for raises given this year?
