Wildwood - NJ"Senior Citizens & Disabled Protection Act" states :The law protects tenants if their household income is no more than 3x's the county capita income or $50,000, landlords CANNOT evict disabled tenants for refusing to accept lease changes unless the landlord can prove the changes don't significantly reduce tenants rights. Please feel free to fact check this act.
