Wildwood - NJ"Senior Citizens & Disabled Protection Act" states :The law protects tenants if their household income is no more than 3x's the county capita income or $50,000, landlords CANNOT evict disabled tenants for refusing to accept lease changes unless the landlord can prove the changes don't significantly reduce tenants rights.
