On the night of July 30 the ferry police officers were behaving

Wildwood - On the night of July 30 the ferry police officers were behaving rather rudely toward a young girl who dropped her phone through the boards. They wouldn't allow anyone to retrieve it, but they wouldn't either; so much for serving the public! It's not the phone, but the pictures that are such a loss. We hope that some kind soul was able to get it for her without being arrested! Second time we've seen this curt behavior.
