Wildwood - With my 92 year old mother in the car, we were looking for a parking spot close to our destination. Imagine our surprise when we drove down a street that said "Parking by App only". So do we not care about our senior citizens any longer? 15% of the population do not own smart phones. So I guess 15% of the population do not matter anymore. What a world we live in. So sad.
