Wildwood - To a Marmora spouter re: Sheriff Joe's pardon, the sheriff was not convicted of any crime and the federal prosecutor in the case was a prejudicial Obama appointee going after a law officer that was enforcing the law. The pardon is valid and lawful. The DACA was not lawful and was only a memorandum written by Obama to the DOJ, not a law. Also, pardons by Obama have been issued to terrorist and real, convicted criminals who both have, since their pardons, committed more crimes, including murders. We are a nation of laws and borders that must be enforced to have a fair society for all citizens.
