A majority of Wildwood locals do not have a vehicle due to not b

Wildwood - A majority of Wildwood locals do not have a vehicle due to not being able to afford one, especially elderly people that live on a limited income. The local drug store is in the center of two apartment buildings that have residents with this issue.I understand that they are doing testing for covid-19 but it's only available to people with vehicles,because it's done at the drive thru window.The banks are allowing walk up banking at the drive thru.Why can't our neighborhood drug store do the same.We are the ones that keep them in business over the winter months.Out of state people are being tested,not us.
