Wildwood - A majority of 2nd homeowners typically use their shore house less than 15 nights a year with many of them also renting the condos out weekly for the peak 2+ months and essentially treating the place as an "investment". If you haven't seen the news lately there is a Pandemic running around the globe being spread by movement of people, staying at home for a few weeks is what most of the world is doing along with many other states blocking bridges into rural barrier islands.
