Wildwood - The lawyer involved in the mortgage fraud scheme who plead guilty was never included in the indictment with the realtors. He was listed as initials. He must have been a cooperator early on in the investigation and will be repaid for his cooperation by not getting jail time. There were a lot of local initials in the indictments. Will they be pleading guilty and getting sentenced too? I hope the Herald is following this.
