Wildwood - Just took a walk on the boardwalk and saw within two blocks, four people walking their dogs (no one has one dog these days). These people are rude and think they are better than others. Where is enforcement and why do they not announce no dogs over the speakers? And stop letting your dogs go on my lawn.
