Wildwood - Just saw another of your aimless ticket police wandering down the north end of Pacific Ave. staring at the sky and not looking at or checking any vehicles which are jammed everywhere with no legal park permits and baloney hand written "notes" of what they are supposedly doing there. Then every other vehicle has a brand new handicap tag yet they are in the gym all day.
