Just heard Wildwood referred to as "Camden-by-the-sea," which br

Wildwood - Just heard Wildwood referred to as "Camden-by-the-sea," which breaks my heart because I see it. How do we change this? I work too hard to live here. How do we knock all of the decrepit buildings down and return Wildwood to its glory days? Or is it too far gone? I'm starting to fear the latter and I don't like it.
