Joyce Gould didn't "resign." She was voted out!!

Wildwood - Joyce Gould didn't "resign." She was voted out!! I voted for her but after what I read, I wouldn't vote for her again. Why can't she pay as I do for my family. Every time my taxes are raised I am told the health benefits for workers went up. Sure, and I pay. What is going on with the Mayor, Commissioner and former Mayor of Wildwood. Is this another item that is being pushed out the door?
