Wildwood - It's obvious to me that the Wildwood Police don't enforce their numerous violations. Helping out at a Boardwalk craft show, I was bowled over by bicycles all day long and had giant dogs blocking the merchandise, lit cigarettes tumbling into the tent, heard profanity all over the place, and shirtless drunks bumping into patrons. The cops riding by in their carts stare out into space like they're in shock. How about a bike patrol or foot patrol?
