Wildwood - Is it legal to charge owners of condos more condo fees if they live in the condo all year? I have been googling and calling agencies; I can't find any information on this. I have lived in my condo for a year, part time. A condo agenda includes raising fees for full-time residents. When I retire I was planning on living there full time. I'd appreciate any input.
