Wildwood - Instead of playing up community-police tensions in our country, why aren't we focusing on solutions, such as better interaction by cops with residents in all neighborhoods, and more extensive training programs for police, instead of a short six-month academy program? For the jobs police must do today, they need extensive periods of training and workshops.
