Wildwood - Instead of cops standing on Rio Grande Avenue all Memorial Day weekend issuing seat belt tickets, they could have patrolled the beach and issued tickets to people littering and underage drinking. Would have cleaned up the beach and brought money into the city through local ordinance tickets.
