Wildwood - I would like to begin riding my bicycle and walking my dog on the boardwalk at any time, since whenever I walk up there, which is usually between 4 to 7 p.m., I see at least 100 bicycle riders in the space of a few hours, particularly on the south end. Why do you spend all this money on "no this, no that" signage if you're not going to enforce it?
