I wanted to thank the police officer who pulled me over recently

Wildwood - I wanted to thank the police officer who pulled me over recently and let me off with just a warning. I was driving my brother's car and thought the headlights went on automatically, but I was wrong. I only traveled a few blocks on New Jersey Ave. before realizing they weren't on, but by the time I flicked them on I saw flashing lights in my rear view mirror. The officer actually listened to me while I explained the situation and after checking my information in his computer, let me go with a verbal warning.
