Wildwood - I want to thank our freeholders and sheriff for the 287(g) program at the county jail. Whether the person stayed after their visa expired or entered the USA unlawfully without permission makes no difference. Both violated our immigration laws and are unlawfully living in the USA. Everyone who did this knew they were breaking the law, but they didn't care. To stay here "in the shadows," other laws have been broken, like identity theft, being paid under the table or claiming government assistance. Obeying the law is not optional.
