Wildwood - I used to think it ignorance by law and code enforcement. After living here since the pandemic started, I've come to realize that we haven't really enabled them in many ways. It seems like a lot of the bert and ernies of the world, living in another time, get away with too much either way though. Don't say they didn't warn you when its in your front yard or family.
