Wildwood - I smell something fishy in the back bay. Why the rush to get $1 million for 24 acres of bay property? Folks, $1 million is not a lot of money for all this property. The urgent rush to close the deal should be coming from the buyer, not the seller before a big developer hears about this property and offers $5 million for it. Looks like we will need more city employees to handle 100 new homes in our city. There goes that $1 million.
