Wildwood - I see Rio Grande is addressing their motel problems and maybe getting into legal battles. Well, they're at least a decade late trying to solve these issues. So is Wildwood. They've allowed these problems to fester and continue to have a field day snatching up all types of housing promising "renovations," but they are really bringing them up to code to house more burdens on the quality of life. Such a future here.
