Wildwood - I say it is time to dismantle outside dining areas, encroaching into Pacific Ave, as the area is becoming an eyesore, with all the new construction going on around it. The area restricts free flow of pedestrian traffic, and creates a traffic hazard when people double park to discharge or pick up people, reducing the traffic flow to one lace to share in both directions. I saw a bus there a little while ago discharging and picking up dining patrons. it blocked traffic for a half hour. It is time to address this.
