Wildwood - I re-read the spout standards, and sure enough, one benchmark is no spout using "race or ethnic slurs," would be posted. What about spouts here that seemingly slur the Latino border migrants on a constant basis? I can't understand how they get through?

I'm assuming your speaking to spouts regarding 'illegal aliens,' which is not a racist term or an ethnic slur. It is a legitimate legal concept and is an important topic of discussion right now.
