Wildwood - I only recently moved to the Wildwoods full time after living here during the summers for the last 10+ years and was curious about who is responsible for the upkeep of the roads. Certain blocks of Taylor, Oak, Susquehanna, Hudson, and so many more are so, so bad. Park Blvd for instance, the whole stretch is awful... who is responsible for repaving it? Does the city have to request it from the county or state? Just trying to figure it out before I start going to city meetings.
