Wildwood - I live near the bar/restaurant district in Wildwood. What constitutes a "suspicious vehicle?" Is it merely a parked vehicle with people in it? Is this enough to call police? I just assume when I see this, people are gathering themselves before getting out of the car to go to one of the bars on Pacific Ave. I ask because many of the news articles in the Herald start out with a report of a "suspicious vehicle" where police later find drugs.
