Wildwood - I just finished reading the headline article in the Herald this week. Does Wildwood drop the Doo Wop theme ? Yes and no let it still have a place because of history. As for Pacific Avenue over the last 30 years the City has dropped the ball many times. The biggest problem is and was the complete lack of code enforcement allowing buildings to fall apart and become structural and health hazards not to mention eyesores. Fine ,fine and lien building owners that do not comply with the fee based city rules for vacant property make the building owners follow the rules. This is a 30 year long disgrace
